OUR APPROACH

How we tackled it

We ran a compressed one-week scoping sprint to define the minimum fundable surface area, then built in two-week sprints with a live staging URL from week two. We made one hard call early: invest in clean, auditable transaction architecture rather than ship faster with technical debt — a decision that paid off directly during investor technical diligence.
