• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.

3. Use of this website

• You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that breaches applicable laws, infringes third-party rights, or transmits harmful or offensive material.

We will not disclose it to third parties except as required to perform the Services or as required by law. Where requested, we will sign a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement before discussing sensitive product details.

6. Payment terms

• Payment terms for specific projects are set out in the relevant Project Agreement. Our standard schedule is: 30% on kick-off, 30% at design sign-off, 30% at mid-build milestone, and 10% on final delivery.
• Invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
• We reserve the right to pause work on a project where an invoice is more than 14 days overdue.

7. Warranties and representations

• This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of any content.
• We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• For project deliverables, any warranties are set out in the relevant Project Agreement. Our standard is a 30-day post-launch bug support window covering defects in the agreed scope.

8. Limitation of liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Galaxen (Pvt) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a project engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for that specific project in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
