PRODUCT DISCOVERY
Turn your idea into an investor-ready scope.
Our discovery sprint is a structured two-week engagement that ends with a documented scope, user flows, tech stack recommendation, and a fixed development estimate. Founders use the output to pitch investors. Engineering leads use it to brief their team. Either way, you leave with clarity.
WHAT YOU GET
Everything you need to scope, pitch, and build.
Every discovery engagement ends with the same six deliverables — nothing cut, nothing promised but not delivered.

HOW IT WORKS
The 15-day sprint.
A structured engagement with a defined output at every stage. No ambiguity, no open-ended billing.
Day 1
Kickoff briefing
We map your assumptions, constraints, and success criteria in a structured 2-hour session. You bring the idea — we bring the framework to make sense of it.
Output: Shared understanding of the problem, users, and constraints
Days 2–4
User research & problem framing
We validate the problem statement through structured research — desk research, user interviews, or competitive analysis — and document the jobs-to-be-done.
Output: Problem framing document with validated assumptions
Days 5–7
Feature prioritisation workshop
We scope ruthlessly. Must-have for version one vs. what gets built after launch. You leave with a prioritised feature list and a clear rationale for every decision.
Output: Prioritised backlog: must-have vs. post-MVP
Days 8–11
Tech stack selection & roadmap
We select the right stack for your product, team, and budget — with written rationale. Then we map it to a realistic timeline and milestone plan.
Output: Tech stack recommendation with written rationale + delivery roadmap
Days 12–15
Scope document & wireframes delivery
The full deliverable: a written scope document, user journey maps, low-fidelity wireframes for 10–15 screens, and a fixed development estimate.
Output: Scope doc, wireframes, fixed timeline and cost estimate
CLIENT STORY
Discovery in action.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Discovery sprint FAQ.
That's fine. Part of the sprint is shaping the idea. We've started discoveries with a one-paragraph brief and ended with a fundable scope. Come with the problem you're solving — we'll help you define the solution.
No. We lead the technical side and explain every decision in plain language with written rationale. Non-technical founders often get the most value from discovery because they leave with something concrete to hand to any engineer.
A written scope document covering the problem, users, and solution; user journey maps for your core flows; low-fidelity wireframes for 10–15 screens; a tech stack recommendation with rationale; and a fixed development estimate. Everything is formatted to share directly with investors or internal stakeholders.
Yes — many clients do. The scope document and wireframes are commonly included in pitch decks and data rooms. Investors see that you've done the thinking, and the fixed estimate gives them a credible view of what the build will cost.
No obligation. The output is yours to take wherever you want — build with us, build with your own team, or take it to another agency. That said, most clients who do discovery with us continue into the build phase because they've seen how we think.
Occasionally, for products with significant regulatory complexity — fintech, medical, or legal tech — where research and compliance mapping take longer. We'll flag it before the sprint begins if that applies to you.
