UX/UI DESIGN

Design that earns its place in the product.

Design is where conversion is won or lost. We run research-led design engagements that produce developer-ready Figma files, a reusable design system, and an interactive prototype your stakeholders can sign off on. Whether you need a full redesign or a design system your team can build on for years, we design for the people who actually use the product.

Founders who need a prototype to raise or validate
Product teams whose UX is hurting activation and retention
Companies that need a scalable design system, not one-off screens

WHAT YOU GET

Not just screens — a system your team can build with.

Every design engagement delivers a reusable, documented design system — not one-off screens that need constant updating.

UX research synthesis and user flows
Low-fi wireframes for all core journeys
High-fidelity UI in Figma with interaction notes
Interactive, clickable prototype
Reusable design system (tokens, components, variants)
Developer handover with specs and documentation

HOW IT WORKS

Research first. Pixels second.

We never open Figma before we understand the users and the problem. Every visual decision is rooted in something real.

1

Week 1

Discovery and user research

We review your product analytics, interview users (yours or recruited), and map the jobs-to-be-done before opening Figma. Design without research is guessing.

Output: Research synthesis and validated user journeys

  • User interviews or structured desk research
  • Competitive UX audit
  • Jobs-to-be-done mapping for core user types
  • Research synthesis document with key insights
2

Weeks 1–2

Information architecture

Sitemap, user flows, and content hierarchy. We get the structure right before adding any pixels — the most common failure point in design projects.

Output: Sitemap and user flow diagrams for all primary journeys

  • Sitemap covering all pages and states
  • User flow diagrams for primary journeys
  • Content hierarchy for each screen type
3

Week 2

Low-fidelity wireframes

Sketches and low-fi frames covering all primary journeys. Structured for feedback, not approval — we want your comments on structure, not colour choices.

Output: Wireframes for all primary screens, ready for review

  • Low-fi frames for all in-scope screens
  • Annotation of key interactions and states
  • Review round with your team
4

Weeks 3–4

High-fidelity UI and design system

Full visual design, a reusable component library with design tokens, and two review rounds with your team before we consider the UI finalised.

Output: High-fidelity Figma UI with design system

  • Full high-fidelity screens for all journeys
  • Design system: tokens, components, variants
  • Two review rounds with stakeholder sign-off
  • Dark mode variants if required
5

Weeks 4–6

Prototype and developer handover

Interactive Figma prototype for final stakeholder approval, then a developer handover package with spacing values, interaction specs, and documented variants.

Output: Clickable prototype + developer handover document

  • Interactive prototype covering primary user journeys
  • Developer handover: spacing, sizing, and interaction specs
  • Asset export in SVG and optimised formats
  • Design system documentation for your team

COMMON QUESTIONS

UX/UI design FAQ.

Yes. For engagements of 3+ weeks, we include structured research — interviews, usability tests, or card sorts — before opening Figma. Design decisions should be traceable to something a real user said or did.

A Figma file with all screens, a reusable component library with design tokens, an interactive prototype for stakeholder sign-off, and a written developer handover document. Everything you need to hand to any engineering team.

Yes. We work from your brand guidelines. If you don't have guidelines yet, we can develop a brand identity as part of the engagement — just tell us on the discovery call.

We review them critically, keep what works, and flag what'll hurt usability before moving to high-fidelity. No wasted work — we build on what's good and fix what isn't.

Our files are handover-ready: named components, documented variants, spacing values, and annotated interaction states. We've designed for engineers for a decade — we know what a vague spec costs a dev team.

Yes — responsive web, iOS, and Android. We document platform-specific interaction patterns (tap targets, navigation models, system components) for each platform.
