Most engagements start within one to two weeks. We match from our active talent pool rather than recruiting for each engagement — so there's no months-long hiring cycle.

Senior and mid-level. We don't staff junior engineers into client teams — the experience level isn't right for embedded work where autonomy and judgment matter day-to-day.

Most of our embedded talent is based in Europe. We can cover GMT, CET, and EET — typically with 4+ hours of daily overlap with US East Coast teams, and full overlap with UK and European teams.

Yes, with a placement fee arranged in advance. It's a common outcome and we don't hold anyone back. Many of our best long-term client relationships started as a dedicated team and evolved into a permanent hire or two.

We replace within 2 weeks, no questions asked. We also do a fit check mid-onboarding — if something's off, we surface it before you have to ask.

Monthly billing, no fixed minimum. Most teams run for 3–6 months, though some engagements run for years. You can scale down or wind down with 2 weeks' notice.
