OUR APPROACH

How we tackled it

We scoped ruthlessly to the engagement loop: enrol, learn together, and come back. We instrumented everything from day one so the team could see exactly where users dropped off. After launch we stayed on as a post-launch partner, shipping weekly improvements based on the data the product was generating.
